The chance to start over happens every second of our lives. Don't let a failure in the new year make you wait another year to try again.

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! At some point in our lives, we experience failure. Some people may experience it on a more regular basis than you or I do. You may even be one of those people who experiences failures more regularly. But I also like to attribute failures to giving up. You may have failed exams or bad days or bad jobs or a bad marriage, but they aren't all failures unless you give up trying to accomplish the original goal you set out to do. Do you eventually pass that exam that you were trying to pass? Do you find the job you have been looking for that you really enjoy going to? Do you find that you have more good days than bad days? 

You can start anything over right now, right this second. Stop letting a bad grade, a bad relationship, a bad day actually get to you. Everything in our lives takes work to achieve. You have to work with your partner to have a successful relationship. You have to study for that exam to really pass it and know the information being tested. You have to think positive to make the bad days actually start out as good days. Life is exactly what you make of it. If you want the failure to be present in your life, then continue to embrace the failures and continue to give up on your dreams. Or you can change your life and embrace the bad stuff and make it good starting right here, right now. It's all in how you think about things if you really want to accept what it is right now, or make it what you want starting right now. The choice is yours. Make your decision and either enjoy your life or regret your life.

In your journal, list out everything you attribute to failure. Now think about these items, are they actually failures? Or are they items that you just gave up on? Starting today what are you going to do to make things different and start achieving those dreams that you had set out to do?

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Each and every one of us goes through struggles, whether it is a struggle like growing like the butterfly or something else, it meant to teach us a lesson and help us grow into the person we are meant to be.  We may want help or to help someone else on their journey, but like the butterfly above, that help isn't always meant for us to accept. There are some things that we need to do on our own to learn the lesson and achieve the right end results. These struggles help teach us that we sometimes need the hard times in order to grow and learn to fly on our own. 

I've struggled with many things in my life. Growing up, I never had to study in school. The information just came to me on test day. Now I'm studying for the CPA exam and I actually have to study. This information isn't just coming to me like it used in high school and college. I've failed 4 parts because I didn't study correctly. It took those 4 parts for me to learn what I need to do to study correctly to pass this exam. I've studied differently for each part and I'm hoping I finally get a passing score here on my 5th part soon to have it all finally come together that I've learned what I need to do to study correctly and retain the right information to be able to answer the questions being asked on test day.

I accept lovingly all struggles that are coming to me and I am working through them each and every day. I am becoming a better me and learning new lessons. Life is amazing and I love my life!

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! So what is your plan to do with this wild, yet precious life? There are so many things that we can do. There are so many things that we dream to do. But how many people actually set out to achieve those dreams? Are you going to be a dreamer and just stay in bed and dream? Or are you going to get out there and achieve and chase those dreams?  Life is precious and short. Enjoy every moment you have. Chase your dreams. Work hard, but play harder.

The road really is wide open and waiting for you to conquer it. The decisions are yours and yours alone. Make the most of this wonderful life you have been given. Live your life to the fullest. Make mistakes, but learn from those mistakes. Make moments that you will treasure forever. Make friends, and even make enemies. Stop living in a bubble and letting others live their dreams and you just be jealous of them. Open up, be free and just enjoy this life!

Good morning! Today is amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something amazing is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! So many people go through this life with their eyes closed. They just focus on what they have to do right now and can't see past that. They live their life missing out on the miracles and opportunities the Universe is sending their way. Open your eyes and your heart. Start seeing the little miracles in your life today. It really is that simple. Just open your eyes and let the miracles show up in your life. These miracles include seeing a wild animal you never see, getting a message from a loved one or old friend (this message may not be directly received by you, it could be a facebook post on their own wall, etc.), connecting with nature, anything and everything that is positive and makes this world go round. I used to be closed off to the miracles and kept my blinders on without seeing anything else that was going on around me. But then when I really opened up and started seeing all the miracles life has to offer us, life became so much better. These little miracles also open us up to receiving the opportunities that are out there for us. Missed opportunities are sometimes a good thing, but sometimes a bad thing too. 


We miss the opportunities and miracles because we are closed off from life. Usually this happens because something has happened in our lives to make us feel down, put the blinders on and just go about our lives and only our lives. These things happen to us to make us open up and take the blinders off. There is so much out there in this world, but we have to open up to see it. Life is a blessing, so stop missing the opportunities and miracles that are given to you!

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that! Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Everyone feels guilty at least once in a while. But we all need to learn that that guilt is not going to make you feel any better. You can't go back and change anything that happened in the past, no matter how bad you want to.  It doesn't who was involved or even what happened to make you feel guilty. Learn to let go of what happened. You can't change it. It's time to learn the lesson that this was meant to teach us, let it go and stop letting it bother you. When you do this, just like stated above, the results are amazing! You feel more positive and can actually get on with your life. There is no one and nothing holding you back any more. Let it all go. Stop driving yourself crazy with the guilt. That is all it's going to do - drive you crazy and continue to dwell on the past.

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Every year, so many people create their new year's resolutions just like Ellen stated. But it's about time, we start these resolutions by going through our lives. Stop thinking about the weight you want to lose, the organization you want to have, how you want to spend more time outdoors and less on the computer, etc. Go through your life and find where you have so much more potential than you have ever given thought to.

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Are you going to let fear take your hopes and dreams away from you? Or are you going to step up with the courage to overcome those fears and achieve your hopes and dreams? There are so many fears out there that really can take over our lives. The biggest fear that we have is being able to step into our power and be all that we are. It is not that we are inadequate, because each and every one of us has everything we need inside of us, right now, to accomplish all of our hopes and dreams that we have set our minds to.

Another fear that we let debilitate us is the fear of not pleasing others. Why do we all feel the need to please everyone else? Learn to please yourself first from now on. The others are not living in our shoes and living our lives, we don't need to please them with our decisions. Our dreams are our dreams, not theirs. They are going to tell us that we can't have this or that or achieve this dream, and that is simply because they don't want us to succeed at our dreams because it isn't theirs! Do me (and you!) a favor starting right now, that you will give up the fear of not pleasing others. Start pleasing yourself first today!

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Each and every day of our lives, something good or bad can happen. But everything happens for a reason. There is not a coincidence for things happening. There is always some underlying lesson for you to learn when something goes wrong or something bad happens. Sometimes these things happen to us more than once because we simply didn't learn the lesson the first time around. 

You meet people each and every day of your life. These people are brought into your life, for a reason, either for a day, a month, a season, a year or a lifetime. They are here to help teach you something about yourself. The ones that are here for only a short time, usually teach you one lesson about yourself. This is usually something that you do not like. For example, someone comes into your life who does not know how to sympathy or compassion. This is to teach you that your sympathy and compassion either needs to be strengthened or you need to see what others are doing for a deeper lesson that usually only you can determine. 

There are no coincidences in this life. Everything happens for a reason. But that reason is up to you to learn what it is. I've been through so much in the past several months and I know there were reasons for everything happening exactly as it happened. As a result of what all happened, I am currently much healthier and happier than I ever was before. I'm just trying to wait patiently for the next few things to happen and hope they happen rather quickly :) but there is a reason behind all of it. I was miserable, unhealthy, gaining weight, upset, stressed, frustrated, all kinds of negative emotions. But now I've learned lessons about all of it, I've learned to let it go, I don't dwell on it, I just use it as examples here and there and I'm moving on with my life. And that is all anyone can do. Move on, learn the lessons and let it go. Life will continue to go on whether you are ready for it or not. And if you don't continue on, then things will be even more difficult for you.

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Today is Martin Luther King day, so what better way to make a tribute to him than to reflect on one of his quotes. :) 

Everyone has dreams, but how many of us actually act on our dreams and make them come true?!  One of the most famous lines in history is MLK's "I have a dream..." So many people say they have a dream to do this and that, but how many of them actually act on those dreams to make them come true? I know I think about my dreams just about every single day of my life. There are days where the negativity of not having something come to be easily does get to me, but I work hard to achieve my dreams each and every day. This blog is a dream of mine. Sometimes it takes a lot of work to create these daily entries and other days they just come to me very easily. I love being able to make someone else's day in any way that I can. Life is an amazing thing and I love sharing with each of you. This started as a dream and right now, about 100 people view these entries on a daily basis. My dream is reach 1000 people a day by July 1, 2014. So I'm just going to keep writing these daily entries and pray to reach more people. I know the Universe is working with me and helping me achieve my dreams daily.

I hear so many people say, "Oh it's just a dream, it's not going to come true." How do you really know that your dreams won't come true? Something big like owning a specific kind of house, really can come true. Envision that house and envision you living in that house that you really want. Play that vision in your mind like a movie and see everything about this house that you want. Let it be absolutely perfect. Keep this vision fresh in your mind and only thing positive thoughts about this dream. Never think about not being able to have this house or that car. Whenever you start to think about the lack of something, play this vision in your head and remember how it makes you feel in your heart. Use visions like this for achieving everything in your life. It really does work!

In your journal, write down your dreams that you have always dreamt about. Write down the dreams about the kind of house you will live in one day, the kind of car you really want to drive, the kind of job you want to work, anything and everything you want in your life to happen. Next, start writing about how you will make it happen. What do you need to make your dreams happen? How will achieve those needs to make your dreams happen? Now go out and start achieving your dreams today! Keep your thoughts positive and don't think about the lack of something in your life. And continuously repeat today's affirmation whenever you start to struggle with achieving your dreams.

You have to have faith, trust and believe that wonderful surprises are happening each and every day. Think positive thoughts about that which you want. Don't think about failure or lack of something. Then it won't come to you. Think about that which you really want in a positive light. Visualize it in your mind's eye. See yourself living in that perfect house, working that perfect job, having the perfect family, whatever your heart desires. See it. Add pictures of it to your vision board. Things happen unexpectedly every day. But it is what you make of them and how you live your life, for whether these are good or bad things. Embrace the good stuff in your life and let go of the negative. Life is amazing and wonderful and grand and extraordinary. Make your life a good one and enjoy everything that comes your way.

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! This goes right along with yesterday's post perfectly! You create your story. You change your story. No one else can do this for you. 

Everything you have in you, creates the perfect life. The only thing holding you back from enjoying the best life you can is yourself. Every single person has amazing extraordinary abilities, but it's up to each of us to actually use them to make our life the best life we can live. Use your visualization skills to visualize your dreams and put them on a vision board. Use your amazing hearing skills to actually listen to what others, including your higher self, are actually saying to you. Speak your thoughts, but do so in a loving way. Treat others exactly as you want to be treated. And most of all, show love and gratitude for this amazing life!

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Each of us is writing our story. Stop letting others hold the pen in writing your story. If you aren't happy with your current story, then do what you need to do to change it. Let go of things that have hurt you. Let go of things that you do not resonate with. Live a story that you want to be proud of and share with others. It really is simple to change your story to one you want to live. Stop focusing on the past. Focus on the present and future. 

Do some of your own research on changing your story. A great place to start is by listening to Abraham/Esther Hicks. I love listening to them on youtube. Just listening to their videos changes my outlook for the whole day. Abraham explains changing your story as laying new pipes. Do some research and learn how to change your story and things will start to shift for you and start to work out the way that they should. Every day you have the chance to be your best self. Are you taking advantage of that daily to improve your story and yourself?

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Why do we let obstacles in the way of our goals derail our whole path to achieving our goals? So you have to take a different path than you planned. So it may not be easy. Is anything worth achieving every easy? If it's worth it and it means something to you, don't give up, just change the path and work harder. 


I've had to work very hard at achieving my goals over the past year. I've been derailed so many times, but I haven't given up. There are times that I wanted to give up, but I didn't. I know that if I did give up, then I would really regret it, so I'm still on the path to achieving my goals. I will achieve them. It may not be this year or next year. But it also may be this year. I'll never know until the time comes, but I will keep working hard every day to achieve those goals! I will never stop dreaming. I will never stop achieving. My life is way more important to me, than to give up because some silly obstacle popped up in my path.

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! There really is no need to be judging and evaluating others. You aren't living their life. You are living your life, which is perfect just the way it is. And you need to start accepting that your life is your life and no one else can change it for you but you. And you don't need to change anyone else's life either. Let them change their life. If you want to evaluate someone, evaluate yourself. Then work on improving yourself to be a better person than what you were yesterday. Accept yourself for who you are now. Change yourself if you really want to, but accept who you are. The more you accept and appreciate about yourself, the happier you will be. No one else is putting your shoes on in the morning, but you. You make your day the way it turns out, no one else does. You choose the situations you accept and the ones you let bother you. Be happy and accept the good in others and all situations that are in your life.

Some of the most accomplished and successful people have been discouraged and hurt. They have had their hearts broken and their hopes dashed. They have missed opportunities, had regrets and made mistakes. Their lives have not always been easy or perfect; they have endured sadness and worry, and have been confused and alone. And these very same people have gotten up each morning, stepped into the new day and asked themselves “Now what?” And the answer to that question has taken them to some beautiful, incredible and wonderful places.

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! No matter what life has handed you, no matter how you feel you have been defeated, you need to get up again in the morning and thank the universe for the new day, then ask "now what?" and see what the universe throws at you. The universe will not give you anything you cannot handle. You may think at the time that you can't handle something, but in all reality, you can handle it perfectly. Let go of the stress of the situation, think logically and the answer will come. Only you can answer the question for yourself each day. 

Each of us gets a few curve balls every once in a while. It may seem like some get them more than others, but those some just have a different way of handling things than others. Life is an amazing thing. There are so many beautiful and wonderful places to visit and see on this Earth. Live each day to the fullest and live with no regrets. Appreciate everything you have. Appreciate all of the lessons that life has taught you thus far and all of the lessons you still have to learn. So get up in the morning, say your thanks, write your gratitude list and ask the universe what you have to learn today. And then look for the miracles that happen upon your day! Make it a good day and enjoy!

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! I absolutely love this quote! A friend of mine posted this and I had to take it! I have it posted on my wall too to see it everyday!


So many of us focus of the lack of something or WHEN is something coming to us, that we forget to just believe and have faith that everything is working out exactly the way it is supposed to. When we focus on the lack of  something or focus on WHEN that something is coming to us, we are telling the universe that we aren't ready for what we are asking. Start to send out to the universe your gratitude for what you do have, and everything that is coming to you. When you appreciate something that is coming to you before you even have it, the universe gets the message that you really do want it and will deliver it sooner than if you were still thinking about not having it. Showing gratitude for something that is coming to you, shows that you know you are certain of a specific outcome. This also releases any and all anxiety you have revolving around this situation.

Now it's YOUR Turn to Reflect on This:
In your journal, start making a list of ALL of the things you are grateful for. Include on this list everything that you have, everything that you don't have but are currently waiting for, and everything you absolutely appreciate in this life. Start a daily gratitude list for yourself. Make sure this list has at least 10 items on it each day. If they are repeats each day, that is fine. And then really feel the gratitude you have for each item on your list. Put it out to the universe that you are grateful for everything you currently have and everything that is coming to you.

All outcomes I am looking for are coming to me in Divine Timing, exactly when and how they should. I release all anxiety surrounding these situations and let it flow as it should.

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Having a belief in yourself and all that you can accomplish is one of the best things you could ever do for yourself. Yes, other people can believe in you as well, but it does not have the same effect as you believing in yourself. Obstacles will always pop up for you and someone else's belief of what you can do will not help you solve your problems caused by these obstacles. You have to believe in yourself and that you can overcome these obstacles. You and only you can harbor this belief that it can be done. 

The path is not always clear cut from point A to point B. Sometimes you have to take the long cuts and roundabouts and the less traveled paths just to get to point B. But it is along these paths that you learn so much more about yourself and life in general. There are so many lessons to be learned as we go along in life and each pebble, stone, or boulder that pops up along that road, the more you learn. Keep learning and applying the lessons to your every day life. Keep believing in yourself and your ability to achieve your dreams and goals.

In your journal, reflect on those ideas in your head that are holding you back. What can you do to release anything that is holding you back? What can you do differently to believe that you really are capable of achieving everything you want to in this life? Next on a separate piece of paper, write out an exhaustive list of all of the people, ideas, situations, events, etc. that have ever done anything to hold you back in this lifetime. Write down each and every item that comes to mind. Once you have completed this list, say to it "I release you. I forgive you. You are no longer holding me back. I know I am capable of being who I want to be. I believe in myself." Then find somewhere safe to burn this list, keeping in mind all fire safety rules.

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! It really is that simple, you are the only one who can change your life. Life is exactly what you make of it and if you want to be a follower, then be a follower and let someone else make the decisions for you. But don't start to get annoyed or pissed off when you don't like the decisions someone else is making for your life. You chose to be the follower and let them make your decisions. Or you can be a leader and make your own decisions. It's all up to you to choose. Do you want to live a life someone else has in mind for you or do you want to live your life on your terms? Make the decision today and take charge of your life once and for all.

Life is precious and we need to enjoy each moment we are given. Live your dreams and achieve your goals. Be the person you have always wanted to be. Stop letting others make your decisions, make your own life decisions starting right now.

Good morning! Today is an amazing day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! So many of us just accept what is without a second thought about how we can change it to something better and more acceptable for the way we want to live our lives. Life is way too short to not enjoy it and be the person you want to be. Stop following the crowd and learn to do things you want to do for yourself. Learn to change what can be changed. Stop waiting for someone else to tell you how things can be changed and change things to be how you want them be. Think for yourself. Act for yourself. Just be YOU. Be the best person you can be and show the world that you are who you want to be.

Good morning! Today is a great day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see just what it is!  Are you going to let society, your so-called friends, or your family make your life decisions for you? When you went to college, did you pick a major you wanted to learn about or was it something that your parents pushed on you because "you would be great at it"? Did you pick your current job? Are you happy at your current job? Do you LOVE where you are in life?


Each one of us has the ability to choose exactly how we want to live. We can live by doing what others think is best for us, or we can do what we think is best for us. I know I choose what is best for me. And when someone tells me how I should do things, I always have a problem with that. If it is a suggestion, I may mull over their suggestion for a little while. But when someone tells me how I need to do things in my life, I act out. It's just my nature. I live my life for me. I make my decisions for me based on what I want and what I think is best for me. I choose my own destiny and path in life. I don't want someone else choosing my path, because that is what they want, not what I want. Very rarely do two people want the exact same thing for one person.

Society today is trying to get us to not make our own decisions. Society doesn't like people who can think for themselves and be successful at the same time. Learn to the be person that YOU want to be. Stop letting others make your decisions. It really can be the difference between your happiness and your misery.

In your journal, reflect on the decisions you've made so far in 2014. Are you conforming to society or are you making your own decisions? Do you let others decide how you should live your life? Good morning! Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! I've already seen HUGE changed in my life by thinking these positive thoughts and posting these positive blogs every day. I am so blessed to have such amazing people in my life, whether you are in my life physically or in cyberspace. I couldn't ask for a better family than all of you! I love sharing all of this with you and helping you learn new things about yourself and appreciate your life even more like I've learned to do for myself.

I used to struggle for years and I still see people who struggle every single day, all because they don't embrace the positive in their life. I was always in a victim mode, and I do still go back there once in a while, I'm human and that's what I learned to be, but I have so many more days where I'm positive and upbeat and the best me I really can be. And I want all of you to have those days too! But you have to want them and you have to want the change to happen. The positivity doesn't just come to you because you want it to, you have to continue to think it and bring it into your life daily. Life really is an amazing thing, embrace it and enjoy it!

In your journal, start making a list of at least 10 items that you just LOVE right now. Don't stop at 10 if you have many more to go! Keep writing until you can't think of anything else. Get specific. Where do you love to travel to? What kind of car do you love? What movie do you absolutely love and can watch a million times, know every line and still watch it again? What book do you love and just want to keep reading over over? You get the idea, be specific and get detailed. Really let it out who and what you you LOVE in this life. I know you have at least 10 things in your life that you love. Use events, feelings, people, material items, etc. Once you have completed your list, read it outloud and feel that feeling of LOVE you are generating just by reading your list to yourself!

Good morning! Today is a great day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! We are not in this to compete against anyone other than ourselves. The only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday. But, unfortunately, there are many people in this world who think they need to compete against everyone they come in contact with.

Life really is pretty simple. Live the life you want. Try to be better than the person you were yesterday. Lend a helping hand when you can to someone in need. Be a person that children will look up to. Be a person you will want to be friends with.

Yes, competing in sports is sometimes beneficial. Do you sometimes try to secretly compete with the person next to you on the treadmill or elliptical at the gym? That can make you improve. Or you can try to just do better than you did the last time you were at the gym, improve your time or your speed. Stop trying to compete with everyone around you. The more competition we force ourselves to have, the worse off we are. Competition with others holds us back and takes away our room to grow. Compete with yourself. Make yourself grow in ways you never thought possible because you want to be better now than you were yesterday.

In your journal, make a list of all those people you try to compete with and what you compete with them for. Now tear this page out of your journal, read each item one more time, and after each item you read, say "I no longer compete with you." Then go burn this list (PLEASE remember safety when burning this list!). When you burn something, you are letting it go for good.

Good morning! Today is a great day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! The immaterial things in our lives are so much more important than the material things. The immaterial things can't be purchased with money. You can't go out and buy a feeling from the store because you are currently having a bad day and want to feel good. That good feeling cannot be found at the bottom of a bottle, like some people seem to think it can be. The feelings come from inside of us. We have to work through the bad feelings to release them and feel the good feelings again. You know how you feel when the good feelings are present, so you have to learn to embrace having the good feelings present and they will come more and more, the good feelings can't be given to you or purchased.

There are some people who have all the money in the world and can buy anything they want, yet they are absolutely miserable, because they can't buy the happy feelings! And then there are people who have very little and they are very happy just that way. They have learned to embrace what they have and keep that good feeling present in their life. Life is exactly what you make of it. Embrace what you have and not what you don't have.

In your journal, make a list of all of your special unique qualities that make you who you are. Make this list extra special and use colored pencils, crayons, markers, etc to highlight specific items that really stick out for you. Draw a picture of yourself and how these qualities make you feel. How do these qualities make you feel? How would you feel if you didn't have any of these qualities?

Good morning! Today is a great day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Have you ever noticed that there is a whole list of things you procrastinate on? That list just keeps growing and growing and so many of those things never get accomplished. For example, I have a friend who wants to write a book, but she just won't sit down and write it. When she was confronted about this, she mentioned being afraid of becoming famous and a well known human being on this earth. Her fear that comes up for writing this book is that she doesn't want to become famous, so she procrastinates on actually writing the book because she doesn't want to become famous.

Another example, is I have a hard time to just sit and focus on studying for a major exam in my life. I've pondered this for a while and my fear is advancing my career. I really want to advance my career and become a professional in my field. But I have a fear of the responsibility that comes with passing the exam. I've been conquering this fear ever since I really realized it was there. And now I am working even harder to pass this exam because I want to advance my career and become a professional.

Each and every one of us procrastinates on at least one thing in our lives. It is human nature, but realizing what our fears are that are related to this procrastination can really help you in learning to stop procrastinating and eliminating those fears so that you can move with your life and still achieve your dreams and goals!

Now it's YOUR Turn to Reflect on This:
In your journal, make a list of all of the things you have been procrastinating on over the past several months. Those things that have been on your to do list for ages and you just "never got around to doing them." Then next to each item on that list, write down what your fear is for why you haven't completed that task. What is really holding you back from achieving your goals? What do you need to face to change your fears into beliefs? This year is all about your and accomplishing your dreams and goals and you can accomplish those dreams and goals if you continue to let your fears run rampant in your life! Confront your fears head on and kick them to the curb this year! Complete your dreams and goals by conquering those fears this year. After you have listed out your procrastinated tasks and your fears for those tasks, write out exactly what you are going to do today to work on conquering your fears. Then write out what you will do for the rest of this month to work on conquering your fears!

Today's Affirmation:
I am looking my fears straight in the eye and saying "I am not afraid of you anymore!" I am conquering all of my fears, one at a time, starting today!

Good morning! Today is a great day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! Each and every day you wake up, you have the choice to make the day yours. What happens that day is ultimately up to you. Yes, we have things happen each day that may be out of our control, but it depends on what you do with those unexpected happenings that make the day yours to be had. Are you going to let the unexpected mess up your rhythm of accomplishing your tasks? Or are you going to meet the unexpected head on and tackle it the best way you know how? Stop letting the unexpected things derail you from your plans. If you are on a diet, don't let eating out at the office ruin your day. Get a meal with the coworkers, but only eat half of it. Save the other half for later or for your children or significant other for a snack later. If you get a flat tire, use the opportunity to either ask a stranger for help or learn to change the tire yourself. Yes it may make you late for work or that appointment, but call them and explain the situation and that you'll be there as soon as possible. The unexpected always happens when we least expect it and we are not prepared for it. But we each need to learn that we get to make the final call on whether we really have a good day or a bad day, no one else can make that decision for us. See the unexpected happenings as an opportunity to enhance your life in one way or another. There are good people out there in this world that are willing to lend a hand in a time of need. Or maybe the unexpected happening pops up for someone else and you are there to lend a hand when they really need it. Be the person who can give to someone else selflessly and needlessly. Show them that someone is willing to help them out when no one else will. That favor will be returned to one day when you need it most.

In your journal, write down how you always let something derail you from your daily tasks. Then, write down how you let it happen and derail you. Finally, write down, what you are going to different next time something like this happens to keep it from derailing your from your daily tasks and getting them accomplished. Go about the rest of your day and don't let the unexpected trip you up. If something unexpected does pop up, think about what you can do about it to keep it from derailing you as soon as it happens, then work on fixing it.

I am the author of my story and only I can change it. Today, I am changing it to have a positive outcome.

Good morning! Today is a great day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is! We are still at the start of a new year and there is no better time than today to keep on dreaming! Dream about your future and exactly what you want. Don't think about how you are going to achieve those dreams, just think about the dreams you want to achieve in your life. Each of us has a dream of how we want our life to be. The universe also has a dream for our lives, but we can make the two dreams match by continuously thinking positive thoughts about what we want in our lives, creating vision boards with our dreams in color on it, and writing down specifically what we want. Sometimes, I dream about things that I really think in my head would never ever exist, but if I stop and think about it, they can exist if I really want them to! Our life is exactly what we make it. If you continuously think that you can't have something because you aren't worthy of that item or degree or job, then that's what the universe will provide! Keep dreaming about exactly what you want and never think about not having that dream. Dream big and dream often. Put your dreams in print! The universe will provide exactly what you need when you need it!

In your journal, write down all of the dreams you want to achieve in your lifetime, but make sure you write them in the present tense, as if you have already achieved them. This list may also continue to grow as you dream bigger. You can also create a vision board. Vision boards really put it out to the universe what you want to achieve. Use pictures you find in magazines or on the internet to create your vision board. Make sure you vision board is somewhere you can see it everyday and reflect on those dreams. I am a big proponent of vision boards and I have mine on the wall right here behind my computer so I see it each and every day! Then once you have completed your journaling or vision board, say "So it is. Thank you!"

Good morning! Today is a great day and I am going to make it just that. Something wonderful is going to happen today and I can't wait to see what it is!  And this universal principle is known as the Law of Attraction. You can use the Law of Attraction to your benefit or you can let it work against you. And the way to use the Law of Attraction to your benefit is to keep your thoughts as positive as possible. Avoid as much negative thinking as possible and when you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, stop and reevaluate what you are thinking about. By thinking the negative thoughts and the thoughts about lack of something in your life, you are letting the Law of Attraction work against you. Use your thoughts, words and actions to your benefit to create the best life you possibly can for yourself. I used to let this work against me daily, until I started to learn about it and increase my awareness of what was really going on in my world. I've changed my life so much over the past several months, part of it was because I didn't have a choice in the matter, the universe wanted things to happen and I apparently wasn't cooperating, so the universe made things happen for me! And they didn't exactly happen in a way I wanted them to, but to this day, everything has worked out for me so far! And now I'm on this amazing journey with some amazing followers and I can't wait to see what amazing new feats the universe has in store for me this year!

Go for the next 24 hours and try to avoid all negativity, in your thoughts, your words and your feelings. Whenever you have a negative thought, word or feeling, stop and reevaluate what caused that thought, word or feeling. It's a brand new year and what better way to start off the year than with a new routine to your day. Wake up and thank the universe for a new day. Start your routine with my posts and your journaling and affirmations. Change your life one day at a time and really start working towards a more positive life and one in which you achieve the dreams and goals you have set out to achieve in your amazing lifetime.

Grab your journal or a notebook and write down everything you want to achieve this year so that you can reflect on it next year at this time. This list should be realistic and goals that you can achieve in one year's time. Include at least 3 things you want to achieve this year, it could be many, many more things than 3, but start with just 3 so you know where you are headed. Next, write down how you are going to go about achieving these goals so that you can make sure that next year at this time, you can reflect on how you achieved your goals!

I am ready to put my best foot forward and start walking towards my goals and achieving them with ease.
